Q: When will my order ship??
A: Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped in 24 hours and tracking info sent within 48 hours of order being placed. If you need your order quicker than any option available at checkout, or don't receive tracking info please email info@bontempsonline.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need. No promises here but we have a pretty good track record.
Q: I accidentally selected the wrong size when checking out, what do I do?
A: If we haven't generated a shipping label/ sent your order, we can definitely switch sizes for you, granted the correct size is still available. Just contact info@bontempsonline ASAP with subject 'WRONG SIZE' along with what size you'd like (be quick though, we ship fast) If you've already received the shipment, please initiate a return by emailing returns@bontempsonline.com.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Our complete size chart is accessible from the website's top main menu... up, up...keep scrolling, in the menu, right there. But if you have any questions we're more than happy to assist; just email info@bontempsonline.com.
Q: I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order, how do I cancel?
A: Assuming we haven't generated the shipping label yet we can cancel, just please email us ASAP with the subject 'CANCEL ORDER' and include the order number (begins with 'BTW...') so we can sort it out for you. Unfortunately if the package has been processed then you will have to wait to receive the shipment and then initiate a return or exchange by emailing returns@bontempsonline.com. We'll try our best to make it as convenient as possible.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please review our Return Policy linked at the bottom of the website to confirm the return is eligible and email returns@bontempsonline.com to initiate the return or exchange. We respond promptly, and any returns and exchanges are usually processed within 2-4 days max.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately at this time we do not, but intend to accommodate international orders in the near future. We do very much appreciate the interest though and you can always follow our Instagram and subscribe to our mailers (bottom of website) to be notified about this when the day arrives that we do.
Q: An item I want is out of stock, can I be informed when it is re-stocked?
A: We don't plan on re-stocking any Summer 2022 Preview styles HOWEVER if you scroll to the bottom of this page and enter your email to receive announcements, you'll be among the first to know if/ when we do *unexpectedly* have lots more inventory that appears out of nowhere. Don't miss out, wink wink.
Q: You don't carry my size on the website, are there other sizes available/ do you plan on carrying more sizes?
A: Adding more inclusive sizes is a top priority for or brand and we're currently working hard to bring larger and smaller sizes to our assortment. We will make sure you know when we get there, so please follow us on Instagram and make sure you're on the mailing list to be informed of any exciting announcements.
Q: Are the product images accurate to the actual colors of the garments IRL?
A: Yes. All product photos are delicately color corrected to match actual garment colors as they appear in bright, indirect natural daylight. We use an iMac with Retina display to modify images, and all photos are approved by the Design Director before use. Color and print fidelity is really important to us; however, if the screen you're viewing products on has filter settings applied or isn't high res, we can't guarantee close fidelity.
Q: Do you allow stylist and press pulls?
