Founded in 2022, BONTEMPS is a conscious luxury women's sportswear brand based in Los Angeles, California. We make clothing that inspires women to embrace color and use it intelligently to demonstrate their individuality unapologetically.

BONTEMPS was born from a desire to create high quality, novel clothes that enliven the wardrobe. Our obsession with the technicalities of design and apparel-making combined with a fixation on striking colors and prints has led to what we hope you consider a gratifying respite from neutral, lifeless, mass-market fashion. We formally welcome you to the world of BONTEMPS and hope you delight in it as much as we do. 

As a brand we create pieces inspired by a variety of sources; Deco and Bauhaus design, Scandinavian/ Dutch modernist design, vintage American fashion, modern art, and tropical, aquatic, and desert landscapes among them. We favor harsh contrasts with eloquently arranged colors, and welcome intriguing and provocative shapes that both distinguish and flatter the form. Our primary goal is to get you, the customer, to dress confidently and brilliantly, to look chic as hell, and to feel the spirit of celebration in your everyday attire.
